Catalaya Demarco is a Advertising and Public Relations major at Tyler Junior College. She is the social media manager of the TJC Drumbeat. With her passion for fashion, Catalaya plans on pursuing a career in fashion and beauty marketing upon the completion of her education.
Nathan Witt, UT Tyler
Vice President
Nathan Witt is a senior mass communication major with an economics minor at UT Tyler. He has served as editor-in-chief of their student journalism organization, Talon Student Media, for two years. He has 15 TIPA awards to his name for writing, photography, videography, podcasting, and design. In his free time, Nathan likes to skateboard and make music with his friends.
Valerie Salas, Amarillo College

Valerie Salas is a double major in Graphic Design and Business Administration at Amarillo College. She was recently appointed Editor-in-Chief of AC’s student-produced magazine, The Current, and Art Director of the newspaper, The Ranger. Her work has been chosen to appear in seven art shows and won awards at four of those shows. Valerie was also a part of the Fall 2023 issue of The Current, which placed 3rd in Best Overall Magazine in the state of Texas. In her free time, Valerie likes to play with her dog and spend time with friends and family.
