    Judge Comment: A well-written feature that highlights the adversity the student-athlete overcame and her attributes. The story is a great example of how there is more to players than just being athletes.

    Judge Comment: A good feature that not only previews the upcoming concert but profiles the artist. The authors did a good job of balancing the two to make this an interesting story.
  • Competition Comment: Plenty of great entries in this competition. A shout-out to Kehinde Hopkins, editor-in-chief of The Rambler, for writing two great features. Both were deserving of the top prize.
