Dropdown menus nicely streamlined and prioritized. Photo/visuals are strong and you can tell care goes into selecting strong lead photos for stories so they render well on the homepage. I also love how they highlight their multimedia efforts on the homepage and how the site design integrates multimedia embeds into the overall design on story pages. Something to watch for: Ads do become grouped together and are a little overwhelming size-wise when transitioning to mobile, so you might consider coming up with a way to spread those among the sections.
