Judge Comment: Great job getting the flags waving around, but your focus still could have been on the speaker with the same effect. Sharpest focus is on the person's purple hat and that distracts. The cutline submitted is missing all the basic information. Cutlines can be 2 sentences with the who, what, when and where in the first and the quote second.
