Overall, a very effective spread.

It relies on simple visuals and using one theme throughout. Its strength is in not overcrowding pages, creating clear hierarchies across the pages. The creative direction and execution is rough but the concept is there and the content is still easy to follow and engaging for readers.

That is the case here. The illustration is eye catching and brings readers in. I think the design relies too heavily on the illustration to be placed higher. I would have liked to see more cohesion between the elements on the page.
